SITE MANAGER
The applicant will be based at site.
Applicants must be able to work to a very high standard,
unsupervised, whilst under pressure and possess good
written and oral communication skills. The applicant's
duties will include management of a team and general
cleaning ensuring all work is completed. The Site Manager will be contracted
to work 42 hours a week over 6 days.
SITE SUPERVISOR
The applicant will be based at site. Applicants
must be able to supervise work, deputise in managers
absence and ensure cleaning is at a consistent high
standard in the designated area. Cleaning and supervising
experience is preferred but not essential, although
applicant must retain a high level of initiative and
possess good written and oral communication skills.
The Site Supervisor will be contracted to work
30 hours a week.
HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR
The applicant will be based at site. Uniform
provided. Duties will include mopping, vacuuming,
detail work and clearing any spillages as and when
they occur. Applicants must possess initiative and
good communication skills and will be required to
work various shifts throughout the week, contracted
to a maximum of 30 hrs a week.
CLEANING OPERATIVE
Previous experience is preferred but full training
would be given. Uniform provided. Duties will include
mopping, vacuuming, detail work and other tasks as
and when required. Applicants must possess initiative
and good communication skills. Cleaning Operatives are required
to do a thorough clean, usually commencing in the
early morning before the site opens. The Cleaning Operative
will be contracted to work a maximum of 30 hrs a week
over 6 days.
